Jack A Hertz

Jack A Hertz has been a Chicago lawyer since 1975. Mr. Hertz has been recognized by the national Martindale-Hubbell rating service as an AV lawyer, the highest rating that Martindale-Hubbell affords a lawyer for professional excellence. Mr. Hertz now, or has formally been, a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers' Association, and has served as an arbitrator both in private and American Arbitration Association arbitrations for the past 30 years.

Mr. Hertz was admitted to practice before all state and federal bars including the trial lawyer's bar of the United States District Court of Illinois as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Mr. Hertz has a general practice concentrated in personal injury, real estate and commercial transactions, and litigation.
